I ran a 10wk tren cycle starting at 20mg Test Prop/ 20mg Tren A ED, and ending the final week of my powerlifting meet with 50mg Test Prop/ 100mg Tren A
1) Bump up slow. I bumped up my daily Tren dose by 10mg every 3 days, I dont recommend doing so any faster or slower. Start very low, assess and adjust. 70-80mg seemed like my magic spot and theres nothing wrong starting at 20-30mg ED as I did.
2) Get Nizoral. Seriously underrated stuff. I used the over the counter 1% and left it on overnight. Huge difference. Went from scalp on fire and itching to nothing at all. I lost a sh*t ton of hair on my last high test cycle to barely any on Tren, depsite all the warnings I went for it...and I'm glad I did.
3) Sides: Sweat like crazy and libido through the roof, and a little insomnia that went away once my body adjusted to a new dose. Thats really it for me and im very prone to MPB
4) Get pharma Caber. Prami sucks to dose and why risk it? When I got in the 70mg+ ED I had to bump the dose up from 0.5mg E3D to 0.5mg EOD. Towards the end I had a little lump and refused to go any higher than that with the caber. Dont panic, it vanished the third day I was off the tren.
5) Backload slin pins. Its too easy not to. I rotated between delts, chest and quads. Just do it.
6) I experienced no extra sides bumping the Test from 20mg ED to 50mg ED and felt better with the test a little higher. Keep it low, but personally 150mg/wk was a little low for me. Again, start low, assess and adjust. I will be sticking around 250-350mg/wk from now on.
Some of this is common knowledge, some is stuff I couldnt find when I was researching before my cycle. Hopefully someone finds this helpful. Respect the drug and enjoy the ride.
