I just found these pics that Sarah uploaded on to the computer the other day...It was from last year, when she was getting ready for her show...I think she was around 112lbs here..She has put on alot of muscle since then...

Yeah we are both plan on doing shows this year, just havnt pick one out just yet..Im thinking if everything goes right the North Americans, but I dont want to jinx myself this year...Sarah is thinking of doing a NQ show but isnt sure which...She only needs about 6-8 weeks of hard dieting to get into shape...We are both finally getting our heads in the right place, so training is taking a priorty finally...But yeah, life is great and I am a very lucky guy...

She's got a gorgeous body. If she is worrying about the white spots on her belly, they are more than likely from tanning. It's actually a form of a fungus similar to dandruff. She can get rid of it easily within a month to 6 weeks with dandruff shampoo. She can ask her doctor for a script for prescription strength Head & Shoulders for fastest results. She would apply it to the whole area at night before bed and if at all possible during the day. It does not have a bad odor so she shouldn't have any problem with it. She should not rinse it off. Simply apply it and leave it on for hours. It will spread throughout her whole body sooner or later and take away her pigment if she doesnt take care of it now. I have had this about 15 years ago and haven't had an outbreak since.

There is supposedly another syndrome, that is supposedly not the same as listed above which is called Vitiligo. This is a problem with the skin where it does not utilize B-12 correctly. It is supposedly rare so I would go with plan A first.
