i am just starting a new plan as follows:

Day one and three

Incline bench press
Flat bench press
Dumbell press
Lateral raises
Tricep pushdowns
Lying tricep extensions

Day two and four

Wide grip pulldowns
Dumbell rows
Dumbell curls
Barbell curls
Leg extensions
Leg presses
Leg curls
Calf raises

Is this plan anygood and will it make me big :confused:
 
eating makes you big bud....you grow outside of the gym. As for your training I personally don't like it.....to much at once.
 
I am also taking 10g creatine and 10g glutamine a day, as well as four protein shakes as well as my meals
 
since it sounds like you're just starting to get into lifting I would tell you to one compound exercise per bodypart.

I agree with jr.Basic compound movements. Remember you get big outside the gym and not in. I am personally doing doggcrapp type training. I have gone up in strenght quite a bit. But remember what works for someone may not work for you . You just have to find out what works best for you and stay with it. I found the basic compound work the best for me. Bench, deadlift, squats. Don't be like 1/2 the people in the gym that don't do legs, and wear baggy pants and say my legs are big enough but actually have chicken legs. LOL. thats crap. Legs are hard but well worth it. Hope i didn't bore ya.

The days are good the exercises are good but to many some are the repeated. I would not do dumbell presses when you are already doing flat bench presses. Also I would choose incline or flat but not both the same day you are training. Day two and four I would divide up back and bis on day two and legs by themselves on day four. Good luck. MM
