This is my buddy Frank. He'll be doing the USA's this next weekend in Vegas. If you guys see him on stage or out and about tell him Hi. He's one of the nicest guys around. The last contest he did was the NA's last year. Got 3rd in the LH's. He was sitting at 205 in these pics and these were from July 5th, so he's leaner/ drier now. He also mentioned Don Long is helping him in his prep.
