I'm not sure if this has been asked before but can one gain a little size using the diet? Now I'm talking about someone that is 230-240lbs or bigger gaining some size using the diet ? Again I'm sure this diet has been discussed many times but nothing I found is for the larger bodybuilder 230+ . Thanks

Appreciate any help u can throw my way...eating 3500 Val's to start to get the metabolic shift from burning carbs to fat. Eating 65% fat 250g daily and 35% pro 300 g daily. Will jump to 4K cals in another week but question I have is did u do a one day carb up or a two day carb up ? Also curious what u used for your fat sources as mine are coming from heavy cream, hamburger, eggs , almonds and chicken legs

IAB, it's kind of unrelated to this thread, but this thread reminded me of it, but I've heard you say this many times, but when you and Poliquin talk about "earning your carbs"... Think that's a very intelligent way to go about this endeavor..
