So yeah its something that ive always worried about..if it was kindof a plateau that will stop me no matter how much I eat or lift or whatever. im mainly referring to my bone structure and muscle shape. My calves wont grow for crap but I can get my quads so big that i actually cut back on heavy leg exercises so the rest of my body can catch up. Why is that? And my biceps always piss me off lol. Besides having an inch or so gap between them and the bend of my elbow, i realized I have very thin bone structure in my arms. I dont think Ive been ever able to get my arms over 16.5 inches in my best shape at about 200 pounds. Is there any way that would help to train short biceps? Its weird..Im right handed but my left arm is a good 10 pounds and few reps stronger. I think part of it may be due to the inner brachial being way more obvious in that arm and non existant in my right..I have no idea how haha. But it is very frustrating. Any advice besides isolating them? im sure that would help?
