LOL !! yea.. i can't seem to shake that dang patch of blue hair that just grows there... usually only in the spring..

thanks everyone!
just been busy with stuff.. and kept up with my lifts... but in between running here , doing this, and that....getting a new job... and all that crazy stress that comes along with getting back into your niche'.... just kinda let my diet go..... amount of meals droppped... and i lost alot of weight... ughhh i couldn't stand it.. almost depressing...

have no fear! i'm back and gaining lb. by lb.
