getting married my diet need input

Ok a little about my self i am 5'7 199lbs been working out for about 10 years took a couple years off but been going hard for the last year, im getting married in 4 months and want to get in the best shape i have ever been so please give me all ur input.

6:00 am 1/2 cardio

7:00 am 9 eggs with 2 yolk 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda

10:00 am 2 talipa with ketchup and 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda

1:00 pm 2 talipa with ketchup and 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda

4:00 pm 2 talipa with ketchup and 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda

4:45 gym workout then 1/2 hr cardio the abs
protein shake right after working out

7:30pm 9 eggs with 2 yolk 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda

10:30pm 9 eggs with 2 yolk

now this was my diet last year i went from 219lbs to 185lbs but still was not happy i did hardly any cardio or abs.
 
Well just to be honest your food choices are poor to say the least. You have poor quality proteins, fats and carbs. You need a variety of high quality complete foods in the right portions. Ditch the ketchup, tilapia, and all that oatmeal. Try high qulaity proteins like grass fed beef, wild caught fish, chicken breast etc; carbs such as green veggies, fruits, sweet potatoes, and other mineral/vitamin rich carb sources. Last, add EFAs or quality fats like evoo, walnut, avacado, ect into your diet. Now, find the right portions/macros and youre dialed in.

is your diet like that because of finances or because you have no imagination? (no offense, took me years to learn to cook for myself, so I am familiar with eating the same thing several times a day)

you need to include veggies.. i personally like to simplify my life.. i get the frozen Normandy blend and seperate into smaller, single portion sizes and freeze them until needed.

Chicken breast, and fish..if talapia is what you can afford, then its better than nothing, but i would try salmon or fresh tuna (not in a can if you can help it) trout.. seabass if you can afford it. flounder, cod, halibut.. many different choices.

id also throw in some whole grain pasta and brown rice from time to time. too much oatmeal.. by the time you get to 4 months, you are never gonna want to eat oatmeal again.

cottage cheese is a good bedtime meal for me, slow digestion protein.. might wanna give that a try.
