Ok a little about my self i am 5'7 199lbs been working out for about 10 years took a couple years off but been going hard for the last year, im getting married in 4 months and want to get in the best shape i have ever been so please give me all ur input.
6:00 am 1/2 cardio
7:00 am 9 eggs with 2 yolk 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda
10:00 am 2 talipa with ketchup and 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda
1:00 pm 2 talipa with ketchup and 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda
4:00 pm 2 talipa with ketchup and 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda
4:45 gym workout then 1/2 hr cardio the abs
protein shake right after working out
7:30pm 9 eggs with 2 yolk 1/4 cup oatmeal with splenda
10:30pm 9 eggs with 2 yolk
now this was my diet last year i went from 219lbs to 185lbs but still was not happy i did hardly any cardio or abs.
