I am a 29 year old ecto, I have a hard time gaining weight when I eat clean. If I eat all healthy nutrient dense food, I am just too full to eat enough to grow. Even adding EVOO to shakes and using a vitamix to blend whole foods, I still have trouble gaining fat or muscle with all clean foods.
I started adding a little junk here and there, some snacks between meals, a good amount of ice cream after dinner.....and I finally made some progress again, although with some fat gain as well.
If I was extremely meticulous and dedicated, I could do it all clean and grow without adding much fat.... but I'd rather enjoy myself a bit and be more loose with my diet.
GH made that all possible. I ate a 'seefood' diet while on GH, whatever I wanted in whatever quantities, and the only weight I put on was muscle. I loved it so much I felt like an addict, I had already started worrying about what I was going to do when I ran out. I am not on it at the moment, I had a wedding early this month and a bad month of business the month before that, so I am trying to save right now. As soon as I feel comfortable financially again, I am going to jump on GH again.... it just makes this hobby so much more fun. I ran 5iu for a while, then bumped to 10iu for a couple months before my wedding. 10iu was absolute magic, and since that is roughly $10 a day with the right connections, it is really not that out of this world. $300 a month is easily saved by eating mainly at home, not having a car payment, and never buying drinks/snacks when on the road. The satisfaction of eating foods I like whenever I want and actually looking like a bodybuilder with my shirt off is the best $10 I could spend in a day.
I love GH, this stuff is the wave of the future. My only regret is not be able to afford it when I was younger, it is just amazing stuff.
