gh and joint pain

joint pain can be a side with gh, but what exactly is this 'joint pain' and why does it occur (besides the obvious) ?

Excellent question. I have been on hgh for 10 weeks or so now and I have a very nasty case of bursitis on my right elbow. I am curious if the gh could be a contributing factor. But I have other joint pain as well. Some of it is age, but I'd be intrested in knowing more about overall joint related HGH sides.

i also would like to know more on this if poss i have been having trouble with my elbows since being on gh 2-4iu ed and thought it was supposed to help! my right elbow is realy bad now cant do some things that i could before dont mind if its going to help in long run but its a bit worrying dont want long term dammage

Bump. Does a diuretic help this? My last leg workout was screwed because of terrible pain in both knees caused by GH at only 3.3iu/day.

My knees, elbows, and wrists have been bothering me since the three wk mark on GH. My knees have never given me one moments trouble until starting GH. Wish I knew what caused it.

Well gh causes swelling so it presses on the nerves i.e. carpal tunnel syndrome, etc...

I've heard that using a rubber band wrapped around your finger tips can help by you opening your hand out for reps and building up the finger and wrist extensors.

Supposedly helps for the wrist and elbow but obviously not the knee.

part of the pain is because the gh is starting to heal old injuries. the pain may greatly subside after you have been on it longer.

i got best joint benifit from a very low dose done everyday... 1-1.5 iu. i wasn't using it for size though. when i went over 1.5 i would get the negative joint effects.

long term low dose use will help the joints, tendons and ligaments.

maybe also switch to a brand that gives you less water retention

I have dessicated discs (L4-L5, L5-S1). After 4 months on GH last year the pain caused from the discs and lifting was 100% less. I felt like I was in my teens again! I am getting ready to start back on GH becaue my Sciatic pain is really starting to increase from the discs and heavy lifting.....BUT, it works!

yeah, and i think some of the healing is specific to the gh, not its conversion to igf. i used igf for a bit, and it did nothing to help with my patellar tendonitis. after a few months of low-dose gh, the problem subsided.

yea i was at 4iu ED and my body was sore all over.My forarms,knees,and elbows are killing me of pain i droped it to 2iu ED and a little relief but still painfull.my toe's get numbed and hands too specially at night.whats weired is that my heal's gets the numb tingling feeling too.will all this go away after a while or no.im close to 3 months on.

How do you take the cissus?

Is the joint pain really because old injuries are healing? I have never heard that and was wondering if you had more info on this?

cissus, 4-6 caps spread throughout the day


anytime an injury is healing there is some tightness. you need to take time and warm up a little longer. light stretching after each set.
