Hey

I am doing hgh, nothing else, from time to time, ie. half a year+ 2-4 months break, then back on. Doing ~3iu's ED or 5-6iu EOD, that varies a bit. Right now i've started 3iu's ED 5on2off, just to try this protocol on for a size.
Now i ca get a bit tired on the good stuff :) and i've been recommended to pick up some T3 to combat it. However i really dont want to supplement with T3 for over 6 months at a time!
Now i've read up on the concept and apparantly, doing a week of like 12.5mcg's every month should help have natural T3's elevated and thus combat the lethargy. I've read it plenty of places but no single reason WHY it should work. Sound counter-intuitive to me, so my question is this; Why would supplementing a low does T3 one week every third, do anything productive in this regard?

Also, wouldnt the good old (r?) alpha-lipoic-acid be a contender here to combat the lethargy?
 
Are you spliting your doses or are you taking it post workout? Cuz it all depends what your wants are. To loose fat or muscle gain. Split your doses am then pwo for fat burning. Or take it all at once pwo, this is late afternoon, early evening for muscle building and who cares if you get tired. This is one of the side effects as you gradually increase your doses. I take mine pre-workout, up to 3 I.U.'s per day 5days on mon-fri, and off 2-weekends. I will be increasing to 4 I.U.'s soon, taking with my AAS. Good Luck
 
well, i do like the fatloss properties, but the tiredness can be tied to supressed T3 levels wich will somewhat negate the effects. So if i can keep T3 elevated i win twice; not so tired and more calories burned.
 
There is no point in supplementing t3 when you are running such a low dose of gh IMO. 3ius of gh daily won't affect your t3 levels significantly to the point where exogenous t3 is needed. It's when you use higher doses, 8+ius where running a small amount of t3 on and off is recommended.

I agree and also taking slin as well. No need for either unless high doses of GH!
 
allright. Big question is; why? :)

Your thyroid becomes suppressed when higher amounts of gh are used. The amount of suppression from such a low dose of gh is non to minimal.
 
i've been doing ghrp6/cjc with 2iu's gh 3x daily and have never been more tired in my life. More tired than in the past when i've done higher doses of GH and when i've done the 3x per week blast method. I think its more than thyroid b/c im on 25mcg t3 as well and had bloodwork done and thyroid was in normal ranges.

When I first started my Gh run I almost gave up after 3 weeks of being so tired I could not take care of things I needed to do in a course of a day. I was taking a ECA stack to try to get thru the day with lots of coffee but I still felt sluggish. Even after backing the dose down.


I added in a small bit of liquid T3 ed for the nutrient partitioning affect and slin only pwo and the lethargy went away. Still not clear which one or if it was both that stopped the side affec. I read on another board that slin helps with the lethargy sides.

I would bet its the t3. To go from being so tired to feeling that much better, your probably one of the few whos thyroid lowers when on GH. This could be a good test(bloodwork is the best) but still a good test, to see if your thyroid is effected by using a little t3 and see how you feel.
 
I dont mess with slin. I take GH 3 IUs a day soon to be 4IUs per day, IMO you should only need to take T3 or slin if you are doing over 8IUs per day!
