I have seen mentioned on here once or twice people running there weekly HGH dose in one dose say on a sunday?

has any1 tried this and if so what results did they notice over daily jabs or eod jabs?

I would say it would be a total waste.With no results. You could do high dose 3 x a week and see results. Say 8-10 iu three times week.

GH in large doses 3 x a week has been used by many(not me, I do anti aging doses daily) on this board to put on size.

I think everyday is best.I think a little each day as your body produces is better than a huge blast once a week.I also like the 2-4 iu daily recommendation also.

When I got prescribed GH my doc said to use 2-3iu 7 days a weeks. After playing with the dosages I found that 5iu every other day worked best for me. I feel it also keeps the body from getting used to it. Everyone is different, but I would advise trying it this way. I also noticed a big reduction in sides using this protocol.

just what makes sense, gh has a half live of about 30 minutes plus your liver has a limited supply of enzymes to convert gh to growth factors which are responsible for most of gh's affects. how can you spect to make muscle gains taking gh once a week? as far as child spurt growth that happens over a a period of at least 3 days, and its not just gh elevation but gh, gfs test, dhea's, estrgens, insulin, thyroids, and who knows what other ghrowth factors!
