GH Virgin - Reconstituting? Storage?

Ok i have some very rookie gh questions here... First, is Reconstituting it the same way as you would recon hcg? As in you need to put 1 pin unattached to a barrel into the vial first to let some air pressure out, and then stick a barrel with 1ml into vial, not directly onto the puck?

And do my non-reconned vials also need to be stored in the fridge even before i recon them? Or can they just be stored in a cool, dry place until i recon them.

Questions are very important lol that’s how we learn.
I’ll go over how I do mine.
Personally I add a CC of air. I think some
Kits are pressurized differently but I found adding air first helps with the draw up speed. I add air and then draw up BAC water and then add to the GH vial. Drip it down the side and not directly at the puck.
I store all my kits in the fridge at all times just to be safe. But I have heard that you can leave them in a cool dry place.
