I am not a professional bodybuilder or do I have any desire to be one. I have just been having trouble recovering from workouts and my sleep is bad. I started HRT(Thyroid, Test., Andrenals) about 1-1/2 years ago but it doesn't help with this at least. My Somatomedin-C was tested at 113 at about this same time. To me that is low.

I was wondering if just a single dose of GHRP-6 at 100mcg at bedtime would help me.

yes, it will increase your gh release.
will it be dramatic? no.

If you are an old fart ...defined as 40+ then yes it can make a significant difference in your recovery and sleep.

How much... well let me quote this guy I know named Dat.

"GHRP-6 at a saturation dose by itself may add the equivalent of 1.4 to 1.8 iu per administration"​

Thanks guys. I am so close to an old fart I am feeling the gas pains. 39 this summer.:D

I just got back into weightlifting after being off for a little over 6 months. It runs me down after a workout for at least the next 24 hours but sometimes 48 hours. I can't sleep good anymore and I have been sick with a cold twice in the last 2 months. I have never had this problem before. If I don't workout, I feel pretty good.
