Ok guys,,
This is what I have planned after reading through all the great info on this board.
Using GHRP6 and CJC no DAC.. will get GHRP2 next time since that's what I see most using here. I live in the states and get my peps from GWP.
6am - Peps at 100/100
7am I eat.
9-1045 GYM then work. I start my cardio around 10 and pin in the gym stall with preloaded Peps then do 30 min of cardio. Sometimes I skip cardio and will pin at 1045 before I leave for work.
11am Arrive at work and eat PWO meal.
Here is where im not sure..
Not sure if I want to pin peps 3 or 4x a day along with my 3iu of GH before bed.
I will eat another meal around 3-4. then another possibly at 6.. My overall calories for the day always end up on point regardless if I get 4-6 meals..
So I could pin peps again at 3pm then 7pm
Or just one time in between then ??.
I will do my 3iu HG at 830pm then eat a very low carb meal at 9pm then go into bed and watch TV... Meal will have under 15 carbs?? is this to high? for only 30 min post shot??
Need some help in this area to..

I just don't want go overboard..
