Girl Friend 1 Week Out

We snapped this after her last Chest/ Delt day yesterday. She's one week out here.... working with Shelby and following along with me using Mountain Dog training.

She's lean, dry and hard and been that way for a while... hasn't been doing any cardio for about 4 weeks now and has had a weekly cheat all the way up one week out!
