Hey guys, i've never posted in this forum before but i do like to read it semi-often. I was just wondering if my deadlift is decent by powerlifting standards. i'm 190 @ 5'11" and do five sets for deads.
1)135lbs-15reps
2)225lbs-12reps
3)315lbs-10reps
4)405lbs-8/9reps
5)465lbs-6/7reps
I only go to failure on the last two sets, the first three are more like warmups. just want an honest answer so just hit me with it. BTW i do them from the floor and by bending at the waist, not squating down.
