Jethro and I went to Gold's this morning. They were nice and gave us a senior citizens discount. Jethro's been getting a lot of compliments from the men and ladies. He's even been mistaken for an old IFBB bodybuilder that shall remain nameless.LOL It helped when I would tell people that I needed to jump in on a set real quick as I had to hurry back and help his pseudo identity.haha

Julia looks great! I hope that she does really well tommorrow. Her legs are outstanding! looks like she is very dry as well too...excellent!

Perhaps sometime down the road you could post some of the last week strategies that she used in order to get into that phenomenal condition....

I've been calling JT that guys name when I see him. I asked Collette Nelson if she realized who I was working out with.LOL I feel very bad for Lynx. Her posing suits have been held up at customs and she'll have to compete in her old ones. She sent them to Canada to get more stones put on them and now Customs needs more info from her before they'll release them. Julia's killing me with her gas. It's pretty bad. I know she'll kill me for posting it...but most at her point in the diet know what I'm talking about.

I met a bunch of cool folks from the board...Hutch, Lex, Strunk, Ms. Muscle, BuffChic, Peter, Dusty, a couple of cool guys who were with buffchic. I also met Mama Hutch...It's after 2am....forgive me if I have forgotten anyone.

I was excited to meet all of you. The guys at the USA's looked terrific.
