Preworkouts make me a lil sick sometimes. Thought about trying these with 400mg caffeine Preworkout just for a change.

Ephedra is the natural supplement that Ephedrine comes from. The good stuff back in the day was ephedrine based. Ephedra only became popular after ephedrine by itself became illegal. You could go into a 7-11 and they would have bottles of Mini-Thins on the counter which were straight ephedrine. There was a drink called Razor Ripped which was ephedrine based too. I was in my mid 20's then. That's when I could handle all of that stuff! Made for great workouts!!

That's the stuff most use. Pharmacy quality and cheap. On non training days, am fasted cardio, I'll take it pre 25 e 200 c 20y + 3 IU gh. Then later before meal 1 25e 200 c again.

Oh man! I remember mini thins back in the day! Made my scalp tingle. I was very stimulant naive back then, so they were amazing. Haha

I was going to use a powder pump enhancer, 25mg of the bronkaid and 400mg caffeine. I was using a preworkout but the gym owner gave me a few tubs of the pump supplement so I figured I would use it. It has no stimulants in it. I can't remember the name of it.

God damn man, 400mg of caffeine? You can handle that with ease? I definitely cannot and I’m truly envious! My limit is 100mg, and the crash afterwards for me f’n sucks dirty stained up assholes!

That’s our only option OTC, and it’s decent… It’s not like what they used to be before the ban. I imagine there’s black market ephedrine out there, but ya gotta find a legit source. I’m still looking for the real deal!

I've tried it years ago and it doesn't compare to the old ECA stack. Though I did try it with only a mild pre workout (100mg caffeine). Not sure how a pump product and/or higher dose of caffeine would work with it.

I'm pretty sure ephedrine is still available in Canada, but good luck getting it here.

Hahaha...too funny! One day I took 4 tabs and I told my workout partner I could feel my hair tingling.. I was breathing deeper than ever. I added 20lbs to my bench that day with the added oxygen intake!
