NGL if that was the only leg press in the gym, I'd ask / tell the dude to GTFO.
It's already annoying enough that people will hog a leg press for toe presses when there's a standing calf available. This is untenable. Fuck your silly-ass exercise, I'd hang my head in shame if I realized my nonsense got in the way of someone else's leg day.
