Hello.. I don't post much, mostly read, but thought I'd try to get some feedback from y'all. It looks like I might be doing the Junior Nationals next year, which is a big step for me (having only done one show before, at which I qualified for national level comps). I'll probably do another local show about 4 weeks before the Juniors though, just to get some more experience. I plan on competing as a middleweight, and right now I'm about a welterweight, so I've got a lot of work to do. If anyone has any constructive feedback on my physique, please share. These pics were taken yesterday, after training calves and quads. I'm about 190 in these pics, down from 200 a few weeks ago (I dropped a lot of water recently). I'm in a sort of 'cruising / off' stage right now, but still training and eating properly. I plan on ramping things up again in a month or so, and expect to get up around 210-220 by Jan/Feb, when I start the contest prep.

Bro you are looking good!

Two areas I would try and bring up are your chest (in terms of thickness)
and your Delts.

Thanks Worldspan, I appreciate your assessment. I definitely need to bring up my chest/delts/arms to match my back and legs. Heck, I could use more size everywhere! Keep the comments coming guys, I really appreciate the feedback.
 
To me, the glaringly obvious parts that need improvement are the back width (thickness and detail is excellent!), delts (especially the sides) and triceps.

Calves are not that glaringly lacking, especially from the front.

Legs all around are very good. Your show condition is very good as well.
 
Thanks for the assessment Big A - I appreciate it. I agree, I need more width up top (lats and delts), as well as thicker triceps.

These are much better. You don't lack as much as you do in the comp pics.
You need to learn not to lose so much muscle when dieting!
 
Thanks for taking a look, Big A. These were about 4 weeks post-show, and I believe I had gained about 5-8lbs of muscle by then (post show anabolic rebound). I am also pumped up in the chest/delts/triceps. I'm not sure I lost much muscle dieting for my show (that was my first show), but I definitely think I could have filled out a little better. You live and you learn!

Ah, ok. I thought they were 1 month out from the show.
