Hello.. I don't post much, mostly read, but thought I'd try to get some feedback from y'all. It looks like I might be doing the Junior Nationals next year, which is a big step for me (having only done one show before, at which I qualified for national level comps). I'll probably do another local show about 4 weeks before the Juniors though, just to get some more experience. I plan on competing as a middleweight, and right now I'm about a welterweight, so I've got a lot of work to do. If anyone has any constructive feedback on my physique, please share. These pics were taken yesterday, after training calves and quads. I'm about 190 in these pics, down from 200 a few weeks ago (I dropped a lot of water recently). I'm in a sort of 'cruising / off' stage right now, but still training and eating properly. I plan on ramping things up again in a month or so, and expect to get up around 210-220 by Jan/Feb, when I start the contest prep.
