As I mentioned last week, I'm not sure if any of you remember I was asked to guest pose at the show that I won last year. It's a local show in Illinois. Here are a few shots from the show, I didn't change anything, I'm on low carbs, I trained and even did cardio that day.

My show is two weeks from this event so I didn't want to jeopardize anything, but it was nice to get the feel of the stage and it was a lot of fun. Sorry about the poor quality of the pics and bad angles.

Here's a shot of the rear lat spread, The other guy is Otis, he's from my gym he's won the show the year before I did and is also going to be in the Continental on Sept. 5th but as a Middleweight.

Overall I think you look great and will do really good at the Cont. USA show
