Happy birthday Ivan !!!

I hope that you had a great day ! You are a great person and I really wish you the best. You are 25 now , no longer a kid . It is time to take at look at your life and really focus on what you want out of this life. You are a very talanted guy , you just need to be more focused and more consistant. If you are going to be a bodybuilder , then do everything right. If you are going to be a student with career asparations then do it 100% . Find what makes you happy and go for it. You are once of those blessed few that has the talent to do anything that he wants if you apply yourself. I am just reminding you of these things because I don't want you to wake up in your 30s without a pot to piss in and still not knowing what to do with your life.I care about you bro, like I said before ,you are kind of like my long lost brother or something. Ivan take care of yourself bro, and once again Happy Birthday ........

HOLY SHIT

I did not expect to see this.....! Well I can honestly say this has been one of my best bdays yet!!!

1st --- I had court (assault charges) I went to court and I came out with a smile. The prosecutor completely dismissed my case (I had a lot of ammo) so a HUGE weight was lifted off my chest.

Had a great chest workout, viens going everywhere, stronger than usual and PUMPED.

Then I get home to see a bubbler-machine spewing bubbles all over the room and on a brand new 27 inch Flat screen Sony TV! I(I have a 61incher already) Next to the set was a loving card which made me cry, and then she had a bowl of chocolate marshmellow hearts, and a bowl of gunny worms. NAUGHTY girl.....
She also had this nifty squeezy thing for my stresss throughout the day --- got me NEW gloves for football, this season is gonna be great!

All in all
THANKS to EVERYONE OF YOU SOBS THAT SAID HAPPY BDAY TO ME> YOU GUYS ARE THE FUCKING BEST!!!!!
