It's really everyone that participates on this board's birthday! Near as I can tell, Big A started this board on June 4, 2002.

I'd like to take the time to thank all of the members for keeping this a "no flame" board where people can get the latest info and share experiences.

For those that don't know, this board spawned-off of Professional Bodybuilding - another of Big A's boards. Apparently, some who were helping Big A run this board, literally took it over . Big A started this board as the replacement and has been home to many here.

I'd like to thank you all for keeping this community as it was originally created!

Thanks Xcel for posting this-I didnt know.
Ive been a fellow mod with BigA from way back in
the Gade days and now we have turned this into
the best board around IMO. Xcel, you are a huge part of that
for your tireless and consistent efforts. It will all be good with
the return of the main man to the scene, our buddy BigA.
