HCG AND PCT

This is my 4th cycle could anybody help me ?
Week 1 to 10: 750mg Test Enth
Week 1 to 10: 600mg Deca
Week 1 to 4 50mg Anadrol
Week 8 to 12: 50mg AnaDrol
20 mg Nolvadex Ed


When would be the best time to do the HCG and how much ?
and when should i start pct with this cycle ?
