Anyone here have any experience with them? what were results like? any spot reduction? any decrease in overall bf%? just looking for some experiences...a search didnt turn much up

No experience but studied up on em a bit. Ive asked on a few boards and nobody really had anything good to say about it. It apparently isnt the miracle spot reducer that it was made out to be and I heard there were some pretty bad sides.
