during workout i felt a dull but kind of long pain go thru the upper middle of my back and it actually kind of winded me some what and when i would breathe in deep i could feel it. its almost like when u breathe in and u get those sharp pains in ur chest, it kinda feels like that but in my back and more dull but it makes me short of breath. could this be a pulled muscle? anyone else exp this or something like it ever?
