Guys and Gals, let me know what you think? I feel I have a long way to go which is just fine still 12 weeks, but for some reason my weight has dropped down to 181lbs (5'6) and I feel like I look crapper then I did when I was heavier, but I know depleted factors and all that play a role. Just looking to hear from the promuscle members...thoughts or opinions, all is welcome. This board keeps me on my toes! I am aiming to be a middleweight, but need to stay full and not drop muscle!

Thanks Pesty. I will be working on my posing week to week. I was not thinking on some of my poses, the positioning of the legs and so forth. Practice makes perfect, so I better get on that.

Wow Lenny you look much bigger then 181! I don't think you have a long way to go at all.

On you're side chest try this. Instead of grabbing you're wrist, take that hand and extend you're pinky and hook it around you're thumb. Put you're now clasped hands on you're hip. Breath all air out and then deep breath in at the same time you are twisting into you're side chest. Once you can twist no longer then pinch you're elbows in. Take that pic and post I would love to see the difference.

Thanks Aeliop for the advice. Next time I take pics I will do this post it. You will have to take a look at it and see if I am doing what you saying correctly.

And I guess that is the idea to look bigger than you appear at certain weight.

To be honest I have not measured my calves and I try to blast them! It seems to me that they just get leaner and do not grow a ton. Agreed, I need to get them bigger! Thanks
