4 days post rupture. Looks more painful than it really was!!!!

you'll be fine....

just sit back and relax but 'F' that cant go the gym shit. ur other arm still worx and so does ur legs and abs. Had a friend who had rotator cuff surgery still did legs and their is some info out their that supports the possibility of training one side; one appendage (left arm) and having a neuronal response to the other arm that is injured and slowing or decreasing muscular atrophy

really sorry to see that,but we all know that one day it could be you or me or someone else.i had partial tear in my left biceps and it was like 3 week to the show and yes its no fun.but i wish you fast recovery and keep a good spirit.and you know you will be back in the swing in no time.
