HGH and insulin

I am trying to understand why so many guys run Insulin with the HGH...

I have found a lot of info on it but I'd like to hear your personal points of view, experiences, etc...

Hgh+gh=igf-1 more specifically mgf which is responsible for muscle hypertrophy.
