Hgh and slin timing

You will be fine. The standard hour rule comes from people trying to use gh to lose weight. In this instance you are trying to use gh and slin synergistically to build muscle. I actually prefer this
1 hour preworkout eat 50 carb 50 protein easily digest like fish and rice
45 min preworkout gh and hum r taken together
Intra drink and then post shake 30 min after workout with another meal about 2 hours after that

That sounds like a pretty solid plan, I like that idea. I typically do egg whites and rice Pre workout. Timing there I like
 
Do not worry about gh and carb timing. Carbs don't do anything negative to exogenous gh.

So here's a question, haven't switched to DC yet so I'm training 5x a week, I can't really swing 10iu 5x a week right now. Would I benefit more from doing 4iu ed, or doing 4iu days I train, except on the more lagging muscle groups do 8iu, and don't take it on rest days? Or what would be the best approach to use let's say 30iu a week

6iu on training days split into 2 doses and peps ran on non training days.
 
So there's no negative effects from taking gh right around when u take slin and carbs?

I've had good luck with using Chad Nichols protocol
novalin r/humolin r 3xday 2-3 days a week or if I use humolog I go with Mike Arnold's protocol and just do pre workout. Both are very effective as long as your supplementation and nutrition are on point and I agree with knite your way over thinking the gh if it's legit just take it and it'll work, slin is the only thing I worry about carb timing.

IGF-HGH-INSULIN, that's what builds monsters.

I WANT to run it like this (bcaa with carbs under the workout)
when the insulin high. But if you drink a shake like that you will blunt
your GH release.

Not that fun to run 10iu of growth and then blunt your release cause
you drink carbs under the workout..

What are you talking about? Gh peak? Gh takes 4 hrs to metabolize. Shoot it pre. Taking advantage of IGF levels comes from combining and taking advantage of gh and slin used and if possible...peaking together. NOT exogenous bullshit IGF..

in the body. But I do know what will be more effective, to shot it pwo or shoot

Exactly, but I would shoot it 20 minutes after my GH shot.

Do you run slin in the mornings?
(Like if you had a hard workout the day before, like legs or back)
In that case you can shoot gh right away when you wake up and
20 mins later shoot slin.

This is the second best time to shot gh/slin, when your body are beaten up and screams for nutrients, then you shoot your growth/slin and then eating a big breakfast !

Personally I don't use slin in the mornings. But sometimes when I feel that my body need the nutrients and I have trained something I really want to grow I use it.

If you got cash, buy IGF and ghrp/cjc. It will work great :)
I don't need as much growth If I use ghrp/cjc, then I can shoot peptides
in the morning and eat my food, instead of using GH. Then I can focus on using growth Post wo instead.

The best thing for you to do would be to never take advice from Swedish and ask and listen to advice from more established and knowledgeable members...not someone just regurgetating info that sounded good to them.

Use GH and Slin pre workout to create a LARGE surge in IGF naturally from these two powerful tools.

Dat has been proven to not be right all the time. Jjb1 is learning as he goes. I listen to DOCTORS like Dr. Serrano and Alpha6164. My facts are straight.

For high igf you want to likely dose GH twice daily. A bolus amount will work well too. Gh and slin to create lots of IGF...use them together...preferably pre workout.

Your answers keep proving why no one should be listening to you. You're just repeating(OUTDATED) shit from people on boards.
