About how many mg in 10 1u of "good" HGH (rips/elis)

I see different opinions on frequency of use. U think ok to follow 3x per the study?

What was the outcome of the study? Fatloss, muscle mass increase, or some other marker?
You could certainly get benefits from as little as three times a week, but for BB purposes ED is better, even if you are doing as little as 2IU.

I'm too lazy to click n the link, so correct me if I am wrong, but weren't these all 70+ year old men? And dd they have significant comorbidities? I believe the GH showed a benefit, but nothing miraculous, and the protocol and primary endpoints wouldn't have much relavence to a you BB. I think a victory for these patients was less use of a bed pan.

I dunno. I liked the NEJM study were they popped 600mg of test into younger healthy men. They wanted to test for muscle gain. Shazam! It worked significantly better than exercise. Take a shot, sit on the couch. Don't tell MassiveG.

I believe the standard is 3.3mg or there about in a 10 iu vial but rips have 4. So about 15iu a week of rips which is about what i didn't exept i add peptides to the mix

the study was 21 men 61 to 81 six months. Results: Mean igf-1 rose to 830 u per liter; Lean body mass and average density of lumbar vertebrae increased 8.8%; adipose tissue mass (fat) decreased by 14.4% Skin thickness increased 7.1 % Half the men group acquired mistresses under 25 yrs of age.
