Newbie here. Lifelong lifter but back to hitting it hard now that my son is 10 and I have a little more time. Had just gotten back lifting heavy when Covid hit and the gyms and schools closed. Started building my garage gym which I love but back at a good local gym with all the diversity of machines and motivation. I'm 57 5'10" and 230 lbs. I've put on a lot of muscle over the last year which is kind of easy for me with a slow metabolism but want to start leaning out. I've cleaned up my diet but not limited calories as I wanted to grow. My biceps just hit 19.5 " and now I want the veins to pop. I'm on test 200mg/wk (100mg x 2) but looking for something to maintain muscle gain and shed fat. I've done bloodwork to get hCG, but still a little ambivalent. Wonder whether HGH would be better. Any thoughts? I lift every other day alternating with 30min fasting cardio on an elliptical in my garage. Push, pull, legs. Abs every lift day unless they feel sore. Play tennis too (biggest guy on the court, lol) I like these forums as some of the best, most detailed info and feedback I've found. I love the seriousness and knowing it's not advertising for more supplements, although I really do want to know which supplements are worth paying for. They are pricey, and I take quite a few so it can be hard to determine what is exactly working. I was thinking about an AI, but not sure that it is an issue. I recently doubled my test and noticed my nipples were really sensitive so started taking DIM and P5P and the sensitivity went away. Also taking Thors Hammer in the morning for same. I think I've gone as far as I can with non Rx AI's unless I'm missing something. Look forward to hearing your feedback.
