ok if i wanted to build muscle and strentghen my tendons would i go with hgh or igf-1 i heard igf-1 sucks.

most important can someone give me a link to a thread or something online to become well educated on hgh
 
Lr3 sucks IMO. You would need very large doses to even see any hyperplasia. It acts more like a mild glucose transporter. I take gh over lr3 anytime. It's proven for fatloss and or hyperplasia as long as insulin is present. You can google hgh or go wiki it.

Bro, you don't need to take 8+ius everyday. In fact, taking 8ius post workout is your best bet. That is when your igf receptors are open. If you work out 3x a week than all you need is gh 3x a week. If you workout 4x a week then use gh 4x a week as long as it's pwo, etc. Just remember that insulin needs to be present with your gh in order for hyperplasia to happen. Slin+gh=igf=hyperplasia. That being said, you can either do endogenous slin or you can spike your insulin levels by taking simple carbs after your shot of gh.
