I am trying to figure out what is a safe amount of Gh for a female to take. Also does it cause a lot of sides in women like AAS voice facial hair etc. Thanks for some info guess I could have did a better search but I did not see any info under the articles section of the board. Another way is 1iu 6 days on 4 days off. It has worked quite well with my girl.
As for sides, there are virtually no visible sides and actually none that we have noticed.

From what I have read and seen from two girls I know who took or are currently taking GH, they took 1iu in the A.M. right after their workouts. They used it for 5 on 2 off split and it worked fine. The only side that they have noticed is that they get a little tired in the early afternoon but that seems to fade as the day progresses. It has definately kept them harder for sure. Hope this helps

GH is not the same compound as test....so the sides would be different. I think it would take a high dose in order for her to see any real sides. 1iu is good. She should love it and see good hardness. Read up on it more and see what works best with her body.

Thanks for the responses everyone was mainly worried about the sides. Glad to hear some responses from those who have gf and wives that have tried it. Helps alot took alot of convincing due to the stories of this and that the usual. So giving it a go. MM
