Question for the older guys... What do you do when you plateau on a non compound movemnet (ex: squats)? Im ruising through and breaking weekly records in squats bench and deads.. But whaqt do you do when your about tapped out on things like lateral raises and such? DO you change the exercise so you can get more reps? Im getting down to like 4-5 good ones and then its just crap.. I do a 3 exercise scheme that works amazingly for me..i work every body part 2x per week.. but only a total of 3 lifts (plus warm up of course) similar to what phil is teaching im thinking.. I just started playing around with it and i like it.. It seems to work well..
