Does anybody make their own protein powder?. Weather it be from milk products or using whole grain foods.

Protein powder is one of the cheapest forms of protein available. Where I live the $ per 100 grams of protein is MUCH more for milk compared to protein powder. I suppose to get a better deal you'll have to live close to a plant that sells cow's milk then buy several 100 to a couple 1,000 gallons and evaporate off the water yourself but considering the effort involved it's better just to buy the powder.
