How do YOU feel while dieting?

I am 2 weeks out and I feel like I am in the off season. lol I actually have to keep checking my condition to make sure I am as ready as I thought I was 5 minutes ago.

There is a big difference in forcing your body to get lean vs. coercing it. Of course, there is also a big difference eating fruity pebbles and pancakes every Sunday, as well. Just sayin'.

i find myself doing the same thing
checking conditioning after each meal
and seeing how each meal affected my conditioning

mine is pizza saturdays though

i dont drop carbs at all

i may rotate to lower than norm on non training days
in the week leading to the pic in my avatar
i was doing average 350 to 400 carbs every training day
fats at 100 to 150.....protein 350 to 400

non-training days as low as 200 carbs 75 fat protien 500
 
I always feel pretty good till around the 4 week mark, my appetite becomes ferocious, my sleep is jacked up (lack of sleep), and my workouts are great till I hit the zombie mode point. This year was great, but no matter what, that 4 week out mark always gets me. The leaner and more condition I am, the more damn food I want OR cravings become stupid crazy. I just tell myself, get thru this last bit, hold the condition, tighten up a bit more, and bring my best to stage because I know I will be eating yummy foods soon enough OR more food at least:eek::)
 
Funny you mention sleep because usually my sleep is fucked up, too, right around the same point but this year I am sleeping like a baby. Of course, I am doing a fraction of the cardio, too, so I am just not as physically beat up as I have been in the past so I am sure that plays a part.

The last four weeks I have to kick my ass. . . The lack of sleep was an issue, and I began to meditate and notice better sleep. I did not meditate for any reasons just to calm myself and keep myself from going crazy as I kept watching my body. The meditation kept my mind that only awakens at night during the last four weeks from going over and over the same things and what I should and should not do. I think experience helps to calm, thus better sleep.
 
I am always tired and feel exhausted but I love the resultsand the the compliments so it makes up for it.
