How many people use an AI with true TRT?

Doc has me on TC 200mg Week and HCG 50 iu twice a week and anastrozole 1 mg twice a week

seeing a new doctor , he seems pretty smart and keeps up on all the new HRT therapies but his protocol has me a little confused because of half life but im going to follow it. My free test was 290 and estrogen was high at 209

Day 1- 150mg cyp
Day 2- 1 mg arimidex
Day 3 -1mg arimidex
Day 4- 500mcg HCG
Day 5-500mcg HCG

Start over, Day 6(or day 1 in 5 day cycle, 150 test)

how I do feel better when I use to do my test shot every 5 days. we'll see how this works out. Also told me to keep going with my 2iu of GH a day. All Thyroid levels were normal and so was DHT

thanks for the info, especially on the 5 and 6 day hcg. just never of that or the theory of why.

He's watching my E2. I guess he's running the 2mg in 5 days because E was high when I went to see him before adding in the HCG

I do use an AI for my TRT. I was using Arimidex the switch to Aromasin... I use it on an as-needed basis. if I see physiological signs of estradiol.

Taking it on a regular basis makes me have estradiol levels that are very very low. My TRT is 200mg plus a week

How many of you need an AI with your TRT. My ESTRADIOL is 8 (Range is .5 to 5). So my doc put me on 1mg of Adex ed. That dose seems kinds high to me so i wondered if anyone else runs an AI with their TRT.

I use AI while on TRT over doses of 200mg/wk... Perscribed...Estradiol sits low but I Believe I am supersensitive to it so I feel better with it low

Been on 200mg Test Cyp doc prescribed HRT for many months , no AI needed as of yet according to my bloodwork.
