yeah the first day, it sucked,, lasted a good 5-6 hrs,, he rarelllyyyyyyyy gets any headaches,, felt like a bad hangover but without the great night before blurry memories,, lol,,,, thats y i found it odd hes been wakin up with them every day, today wasnt to bad, lasted bout hr or 2,,
sunday is his tru off day, so monday i would guess wouldnt wake up with a headache i would hope,, ill keep ya posted..

today wasnt quite as bad for me either

i am hypothyroid means that my glands dont produce enough

its important to start low and rise up the dosage weekly

so

first week 50mcg
2nd week 75mcg
3nd week 100mcg

more than 200mcg are not necessary im most cases

in some cases the body will not convert the t4 in t3
so using both t3 and t4 together is the best option

that may have been what had happened,, rilla started to high right off the bat.. its been a week, and headache today wasnt there this mornin,, he did still feel drained and beat down like a mental fog so to speak this mornin, but not much of an ache,, maybe body finally gettin use to the 150-200mcg been runnin daily.. but def luvin the results,, gh seems to be hittin harder, sides are more pronounced,, and lookin fuller..

just bought 200 150mcg capsules---thought they were tablets---was gonna split em up...

i jut wanna do it right.

manpower has liquid or tabs,, not sure what size tabs though,, and they do cc..

headaches havent came back, though i do feel alil beat in the mornin, but could be due to the hour change or the gh lathargy

yea i got mine from manpower...they just got the 150mcg capsules

i still feel like shit most mornings....only thing ive done different is the t4

been doin 150mcg eod..with its long half life i figured that would b ok....am i wrong?

was planning on researching 75mcg t4 with 2.5-4iu blacktops

t4 came today...what i thought was 150mcg tablets is actually 150mcg capsule

so i cant split em up

150 mcg to much to take?

I read that a doctor will start you out at 1.6mcg per kg of weight. 150mcg is a good beginning dose.
