HRT post menopause

62 years old. I was on a low dose test ethanate,75 mg/wk, until I went to an OB/GYN for low libido, low energy, and difficulty emptying my bladder in March. She started me on 10 mcg estradiol nightly for 2 weeks then 2x/wk and a compounded testosterone cream with viagra (no dose listed). She refuses to order labwork and my PCP agrees with her. Ordered my own labs. Estradiol is < 15, total T is 14 and SHBG was 17. My last estradiol a year ago was 26. Last total testosterone was 255 but that was when I was taking the test ethanate. TSH and D3 are normal. I also cycle tbol. Could these numbers be the reason I am tired? Is it normal for doctors who are prescribing hormones to not order bloodwork to monitor levels?

Question respectfully...What is the reason for Viagra prescribed for you by your OB/GYN
Reason for asking is my wife is on HRT prescribed Cyp 20 mg wk for many years ( she is 57 ). Behind my back once she took a Viagra 100mg tab to experiment. WOW....talk about blood flow to her lady bits What an animal in bed!!!
But....she had a bad headache for 2 days after if my memory is correct.

I honestly don't know. I was a little shocked when she started talking about watching porn and using toys. I don't have a problem having an orgasm...I have a problem with low libido. I can only assume she somehow thinks the 2 are the same thing. I think a lot of doctors have a lot bigger problems to worry about than the 62 y/o lady that's lost her sex drive. Regardless, I have been doing this for 2 months now and have not noticed a difference. I do not think a lot of doctors are well read on hormone replacement...even endocrinologists

Maybe I should clarify my original comment. I am using test 250mg/ml. It is difficult to draw up a small enough amount in a syringe which actually looks like you are injecting anything. It probably is between 50--75 mg. Although I am not unhappy with my lab result of 255 last time I checked it when I was using the injectable.

I guess I am curious why you are asking me this? Did you have something to add to the original post that would be helpful?

I was just curious as all as its higher then what I've seen when guys are talking about what their wives/girlfriends run. As far as the injecting, have you tried backloading slin pins? It's much easier to get an accurate dose with a small amount if you decide to go the injectable route again.
Maybe Shelby will see this and chime in. He's one of if not the best with females.

I suggest researching Peptide 141 for low libido . If Peptide 141 info sounds promising perhaps a trial may be in your future.
For sure Slin pins are the way to go to measure smaller volumes accurately that females use.

Thank you. That sounds interesting. Any recommendations on where to buy it? I went to 3 sponsors on here and none of them had it. I did find it on another site I use but they want a $200 minimum order.
