how are you guy? i never really introduce my self in the couple of months i have been here. i am 20 years old. been lifting since 15 but never really knew what i was doing untill last year. i used to pay mor attention to the latest supplements in the mags than my diet. and when i was lifting i used to do so many wrong things like training biceps every day, ignoring my legs, only flat benching for my chest and etc.
i have alot of corrections to do... i am currently
5'10
192lbs (i think the scale is off)
about 16%bf
my goals as of right now is to get down to a very low bodyfat so that i can do a clean bulk and by next year i want to start competing. i will try and put up current pics tomarrow but below are pics from last winter and about 2 months ago.
the left side of the first pic was about 3weeks after i cut but i was still a bit lean.
