I-pod & hard drive ?

Right now I have the I-tunes loaded on my "C" drive. I would like to purchase a external hard drive about 100 to 200 gigs. This way I can hold many songs on there without tying up my C drive. (i dj so i need many songs dowloaded)

My ? is, how would I move everything from my C drive(program and songs) and put it on my new external drive? It is easy? Or would I have to delete and then re-down load and point it to the external drive when I do?????

Really easy. All you have to do is locate the iTunes music folder (default is My Documents -> My Music -> iTunes I believe, but double check. It will show in iTunes under Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced) and copy it to your new drive. Then from within iTunes (same place you checked where the default was) set the default folder to your new drive and you're done. Just make sure you set the new default to the same folder you copied over.
