This Is good for at least an elimination diet. Some do well staying on it.

Some people do well on it continuously. Might not be the best for bodybuilding unless cutting.

I agree. I did straight keto for some time because I was a former fatty. Ended up with low thyroid levels and fatigue for years.

Either should have done refeeds more often or bumped up the calories/not combined with IF... Definitely something to be wary of.
