Ok, well, after all of the years of using IE, I got used to the Address Bar being below the Menu Bar, which would put it right above the browser tabs. It's more comfortable for me so found a regh entry that will do this. First, you have to have Menu Bar enable by right clicking the tool bar and selecting "Menu Bar". You will then notice the Address bar moves all the way to the top. To change this, create a new text document and rename it to something like IE7Address.reg. It will ask you to confirm that you want to change the file type, so select "Yes". Right click the IE7Address.reg file and select "Edit". Copy this into the file and save it:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser]
"ITBar7Position"=dword:00000001
Finally, double click the IE7Address.reg and it will ask you if you want to add this information to the registry. Select "Yes". Then close out of all IE windows and reopen. You will then have the Address bar in the original position.
