IGF-1 Q.

Hi guys! Can i consume fat while lr3 igf-1 activation time(approx.8hours i believe). I am little confused whether igf-1 would work like insulin or not...

another question is, should i lower my dose of hgh when i use it with igf-1?
I've used 10iu of hgh eod. what dosage would be suitable with 60mg of igf-1eod dose? thank you guys

For me I was on a bulking diet so yes I was consuming fats but I take igf before bed or I will fall asleep during the day but like I said I was trying to make the scale go up but it was comming down, so was my bf.
