Igf 1 soft tissue healing properties

Hey guys, i am in need of some advice on the use of Igf 1 for a nagging elbow problem. I have a slight tear in my left brachioradialis and it is taking forever to heal. I am after specifics regarding anyone who has successfully rehabbed a soft tissue injury. Did you inject around the area subcut. or directly into the muscle? Did you go with 20mcg twice a day or more and did you do it longer than 4 weeks?
I am open to either HGH or Igf 1. Looking across the boards i would assume that Igf 1 may be the cheaper/better option...?
Any help greatly appreciated.

I used to have a similar issue with my left elbow. I cycled with IGF-1 and used light to moderate weights and it's perfectly fine now (knock on wood). Don't make the mistake and lift heavy. You may cause permanent damage. Sometimes when using barbells we tend to forget about the problem because the other side is healthy.

Injects were close to the area but not in the area. i.e. lower tris, lower bis. Not sure if it would have worked faster injecting in the specific area itself. I was too paranoid to do that in case I hit the wrong nerve.

Igf 1 + alflutop or adequan

Thanks for the info Mixxin. I am now currently looking to combine the Igf with alflutop or adequan as i also have a few cartilage issues in my other elbow as well as both knees. I figure i might as well hit all the injuries at the one time and try to get it sorted. I see that alflutop should be pretty easy to come by but anyone any ideas on adequan?

I have serious knee pain from runnning when I was in High School and College.....years later I still have the pain.

Do a search for alflutop and you should get plenty of info. Some of the boards sponsors carry it. I have never used it but may in the near future. I have read mixed reviews on it. Some people love it, some say it didn't do anything for them.

Adequan is nearly impossible to get from what I understand but is the more effect compound of the two.
