Currently in week 5 of a 16 week TestE/EQ/Var run. This is a strength/endurance run, looking to avoid bloat, hugeness, etc. Been on and off Geno MiniQ's for years now, this is my fist cycle with going to IGF directly. Got the basics covered (diet, moderate cardio, etc.)
After doing some homework, I've started adding IGF to the routine as follows.
(Currently in week 5)
Weeks 5-8 & 13-16:
IGF-DES, 100 mcg total PreWO pinned IM: MWF quads/pecs/Triceps, TThSat Biceps, Delts, Abs
GH: Green Tops, 6 IU 5 on /2 off: 2 IU first thing in a.m., 4 IU
1. Any red flags for hitting 600 mcg/week with DES? Plan to take it slow and get up to 200/day by the end of the run - seem reasonable?
2. Considering adding in LR3 PWO for part of the run; 40-80/day - hard to tell from reading the posts here, but is this just wasteful or overkill?
3. Timing on GH: have had good luck in the past splitting this AM/PM, but haven't combined with IGF before. The GH is pinned SQ, with a goal of increasing baseline values, then having the DES targeted to receptors that are being heavily stressed. Thoughts on this approach?
Lastly, have to say HUGE props to both ErgoP and PureP, easily the most prompt and high quality service in the 5 years I've been gearing up - wish I'd found you guys a lot sooner.
Thanks in advance for any feedback. Great board.
