Sometimes as trainers we just plain forget what to do and have to call on our fellow gym rats and trainers for help, any suggestions will be appreciated
I have a girl, 5 ft 8, 125 lbs, low body fat (sorry i dont have a fat percentage at this time). Honestly she is the hottest girl in my gym, great hip to waist ratio, etc. She has the perfect stomach in my opinion but wants to see her ab deffiinition just a little bit more. My fear is that she has reached her plateau. She is doing spin class twice a week, is on my abs routine, (she has trained with our other trainers before but after working with me is gonna stick with me.. i also have the best stomach here). As a trainer I tend to stay away from dietician/nutritionist work, but have made the basic suggestions of 6 small meals a day, some protein post workout but not alot as i dont want her turning into a mass builder. My question is really what suggestions or tricks can I give to help someone already naturally skinny break that plateau of the final push of fat around the abdomin. It seems like there is something more i could be doing thats in my brain somewhere but i cant find it. So for those who have gotten female clients to pass the plateau, pls throw some ideas out to me, thanks guys!
