I brew my own L-Carnitine and I absolutely love the stuff. My last brew I got the random idea to add 10g of L-Citrulline to the brew. I usually take my L-carn pre fasted cardio, pre gym, and post gym.

The product I made last has 500mg L-Carnitine and 100mg L-Citrulline per ML, and I'm taking that 3x daily. I feel as if I've been more vascular the last few days running this new brew, but it's hard to say if it's the L-Citrulline because of the polypharmacy the majority of us are.

I want to know, what are some vitamins/aminos you think could be beneficial to adding to my L-Carn?

I've considered a B-Vitamin Complex, L-Orinthine, and Glutathione. Though I think 300mg glutathione daily may be too much, I don't want any of the supposed skin whitening effects as I'm quite tan and I'd like to keep it that way lol.

I'm wanting to start doing this myself. Wondering where you would source methylated B vitamins for injections because I would definitely do that. Along with the standard amino recipes I see. Seems that most of the items are able to be sourced on Amazon but not sure about B vitamins.
I was trying to figure out if glynac could be injectable but couldn't find clear info on how to make NAC injectable.

That is probably a better idea than just a regular B vitamin complex, since it would work alongside Lcarn for the same goal
Just brewed another batch of L-carn 800mg/ml.

I take injectable b vitamins from Amazon for vet use. Is it good to take? I take 1 cc a week now split in 2 doses

I’ve had that maxi-b for cattle in my wishlist forever but haven’t gotten around to trying it. I’ve heard people say it increases their appetite and energy levels but most of the reviews are out of shape non lifters so who knows

I read the study below. The human effective dose to achieve similar results is something like 7 or 8 grams a day each of Glycine and NAC. I wondered if it would be better as an IM injection. I'm going to give homebrewing Glutathione a try for now.

 
At that high of a concentration are you using a solvent like benzyl benzoate or ethyl oleate? At just 500mg/ml my brew barely holds and is thick af
Negative.....no solvents. I have brewed it at 800mg several other times....it does have the consistency of oil....thick....

Your a braver man then me, not that that is hard to do. But i like to use sterile filters when i am brewing stiff up.
I noticed it says non-sterile but under "about this item", it says " sterile PES.
